The invention relates to an unloading system for piling waste rocks in a bottom unloading way and an unloading method thereof. The unloading system comprises a winch, a rope guide device, a traction steel rope, a lower cushion channel paved on a slope, and an unloading frame positioned at the front end of the lower cushion channel, wherein the unloading frame comprises a base frame comprising a front frame and a back frame which are connected together, at least two trailers which are arranged on both sides of the front frame respectively and are used for supporting a carriage of a bottom unloading car during unloading, and a rotator which is positioned at the front end of the back frame and is used for gripping the front end of the frame of the bottom unloading car and rotating to separate the carriage from the frame of the bottom unloading car. According to the unloading method, the unloading system is adopted for unloading waste rocks. The unloading system and the unloading method disclosed by the invention are suitable for medium and small mines, and are particularly suitable for mines on which waste rocks are high in mud content and are severe in bottom sticking.
