A single resonance is generated with a single orifice that connects a pair of fluid chambers. If the number of fluid chambers and orifices is increased, the number of resonances generated is the same as the number of orifices. The present invention generates more resonances than the number of orifices. A first fluid chamber (11) and a third fluid chamber (13), which form a pair such that the volume changes are reversed, are connected with a first orifice (21) and a second fluid chamber (12) and a fourth fluid chamber (14) are connected with a second orifice (22). The first fluid chamber (11) and the second fluid chamber (12) generate volume and shape changes that differ from each other as do the third fluid chamber (13) and the fourth fluid chamber (14). A second fluid chamber side portion (22A) of the second orifice (22) is connected to a near-second fluid chamber section of the first orifice (21) with a first connecting pathway (23). In order of increasing frequency of the input vibration: a first resonance is generated in the first orifice (21); a second resonance is generated mainly in the second orifice (22) between an expanded fluid chamber, obtained from the first fluid chamber (11) and the second fluid chamber (12), and the fourth fluid chamber (14); and a third resonance is generated in the portion connecting the first fluid chamber (11) and the second fluid chamber (12) via the first connecting pathway (23).
