The system at least comprises one or more mobile phone user terminals, one or more parking lot control centers and a cloud server which is connected with the mobile phone user terminals and the parking lot control centers, wherein the cloud server is used for acquiring parking information and parking lot path information from the parking lot control center according to parking requests of the mobile phone user terminals and feeding the information back to the mobile phone user terminals, and acquiring corresponding vehicle information and parking space information and path information of the vehicle from the parking lot control center according to vehicle searching requests of the mobile phone user terminals and feeding the information back to the mobile phone user terminals; after the mobile phone user terminals carry out online payment of parking fee according to the vehicle information, the parking lot control center judges and controls release; by using the cloud server as a bridge between the mobile phone user terminals and the parking lot control center, the user can conveniently use the cloud server, and the parking lot control center finally judges and controls release, so that the cloud server is relatively low in load and high in operating speed, and the parking lots are conveniently managed independently.
