The invention belongs to the technical field of overall carrying of heavy hydraulic supports of vertical shaft coal mines, aims to solve many problems like low carrying efficiency of heavy hydraulic supports due to time and labor waste for demounting and transportation of supports and complex support transshipment links during carrying of the heavy hydraulic supports of vertical shaft coal mines, and provides a trackless carrier of a heavy hydraulic support and a trackless caging method of the support. A U-shaped framework is in the shape of a variable cross-section slope. A fast carrier is connected with a tractor through a hydraulic pipe, and a quick-changing mechanism is arranged at the connection position of the hydraulic pipe and the fast carrier. A supporting mechanism is arranged at the bottom. A lifting mechanism is fixed on the upper flat surface of the U-shaped framework in a back-to-back mode. The trackless carrier of the heavy hydraulic support does not need secondary demounting, omits redundant links in the supporting carrying process, is short in the carrying period, reduces the number of participants and accordingly avoids various potential safety hazards. After entering a shaft, no other carriers is needed to be arranged at the shaft bottom, only a tractor used for conveying the hydraulic support to the working face is needed, thereby saving equipment procurement cost.
