The invention discloses a synchronizing device used for being connected with and unlocking a satellite. The synchronizing device comprises a pair of pin grooves fixedly installed in the two sides of the satellite, and a pair of movable locking pins which are installed on a satellite separation part through a synchronizing drive mechanism and matched with the pin grooves respectively. The synchronizing drive device comprises a base, a supporting rod, a straight pushing rod, a transverse pushing rod and a pair of linkage mechanisms, wherein the base is fixed to the satellite separation part, one end of the supporting rod is hinged to the base, one end of the straight pushing rod is hinged to the free end of the supporting rod, the middle of the transverse pushing rod is hinged to the free end of the straight pushing rod, and the linkage mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the straight pushing rod, correspondingly connected with the movable locking pins and the two ends of the transverse pushing rod and used for transmitting horizontal push force of the transverse pushing rod to the movable locking pins simultaneously so that the movable locking pins can be driven to be separated from the corresponding pin grooves. The synchronizing device is connected with or separated from the satellite through a pure mechanical structure, is simple in structure, convenient to install, stable to work and particularly suitable for taking the place of initiating explosive devices on the ground for satellite separation tests, and greatly reduces experiment cost.
