A rotary wing type rain-proof unmanned aerial vehicle comprises landing supports, connecting frames, rotating motors, blades, blade fixing frames, an annular unmanned aerial vehicle body, an electronic control mechanism, a shell, suction fan blades, a suction fan, telescopic cylinders and jet balls. The connecting frames are connected with the outer wall of the annular unmanned aerial vehicle body. The ends of the connecting frames are connected with the corresponding rotating motors. The blades are fixed to the rotating shafts of the corresponding rotating motors through the blade fixing frames. The landing supports are arranged below the connecting frames. The suction fan blades are fixed to a rotating shaft of the suction fan at equal angles. The shell is arranged on the annular unmanned aerial vehicle body. The bottom end of the suction fan is fixed to the lower portion of the shell. The telescopic cylinders are arranged on the outer wall of the shell obliquely. The jet balls are arranged at the ends of telescopic rods of the telescopic cylinders. According to the rotary wing type rain-proof unmanned aerial vehicle, the symmetry characteristic of the rotary wing type unmanned aerial vehicle is utilized, the rotary wing type rain-proof unmanned aerial vehicle is combined with a jet umbrella, air flow is sucked in through middle rotating blades, then the air flow is sprayed out rapidly from air nozzles of the jet balls, an annular air barrier is formed, and rainwater is obstructed outside the barrier.
