The handlebar is arranged at the left end of the supporting base, the front wheel is arranged below the handlebar, the spokes are arranged in the front wheel, the front wheel cover is arranged on the upper right side of the front wheel, the seat cushion is arranged on the right side of the handlebar, the thin film solar cell is arranged below the seat cushion, the connecting block is arranged below the thin film solar cell, the pedals are arranged on the connecting block, the storage battery box is arranged on the right side of the seat cushion, the storage battery is arranged in the storage battery box, the containing box is arranged on the right side of the storage battery box, the retractable rod is arranged on the right side of the containing box, the electric generating blades are arranged at the upper end of the retractable rod, and the steering knob is arranged on the right side of the retractable rod. The electric generating efficiency of the energy-saving electric bicycle is improved, and the safety and attractiveness of the energy-saving electric bicycle are also improved.
