The invention discloses a motor tricycle brake transmission mechanism. The motor tricycle brake transmission mechanism comprises a parking braking transmission mechanism and a traveling braking transmission mechanism, and the parking braking transmission mechanism is arranged on the traveling braking transmission mechanism. The traveling braking transmission mechanism comprises a brake pedal and a push rod connected with the brake pedal, and the brake pedal comprises a front brake pedal body and a back brake pedal body which are separated; the parking braking transmission mechanism comprises a return spring, one end of the return spring is connected with the back brake pedal body, and a parking braking pull rod capable of freely swing is riveted to the other end of the return spring. According to the motor tricycle brake transmission mechanism, the parking braking transmission mechanism is arranged on the traveling braking transmission mechanism and is controlled through the brake pedal, so that the structure is more compact, and space of a driving cab is saved.
