The invention discloses a cab full-floatation suspension device, and relates to the technical field of car manufacturing. The cab full-floatation suspension device comprises two front-suspension assemblies and two back-suspension assemblies, each front-suspension assembly comprises a front-suspension lower support, a swing arm is hinged to the upper end of each front-suspension lower support, the other end of each swing arm is hinged to a front-suspension upper support, front-suspension absorbers are connected between the swing arms and the outer lateral walls of the front-suspension upper supports, limiting blocks are arranged on the upper end faces of the swing arms, and each limiting block is sleeved with a spiral spring with the two ends connected with the corresponding swing arm and the corresponding front-suspension upper support respectively in an abutting-against mode. A bended limiting flange is arranged at the front end of a cab longitudinal beam; the swing arms of the two front-suspension assemblies are connected through a transverse stabilization rod, and the upper portions of the two front-suspension lower supports are bent in directions being far away from each other. Compared with the prior art, four-point full-floatation suspension is adopted in a middle-sized commercial vehicle, the vibration isolation effect is good, and the smoothness and the reliability of a cab are relatively high; in addition, the cab full-floatation suspension device is simple and compact in structure, and spatial arrangement space is better saved.
