The invention relates to an over-speed dynamic capture hydraulic system for rail transportation carts and belongs to an automatic protection system for over-speed of rail transportation carts. A hydraulic device comprises a signal detection portion, a pressure relief portion, a liquid charging portion, an execution portion and an oil tank. A P2 port of a NO.2 throttling valve of the throttling valve is connected with a K port of a pilot operated check valve of the pressure relief portion. A liquid outlet of a primary filter of the signal detection portion is connected with a P1 port of a NO.5 check valve of the liquid charging portion. A B port of a NO.1 insertion valve and a B port of a NO.2 insertion valve of the pressure relief portion and a P2 port of a NO. 7 check valve of the liquid charging portion are connected with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of a brake oil cylinder piston rod cavity of the execution portion. Oil return ports of the signal detection portion, the pressure relief portion, the liquid charging portion and the execution portion are connected with the oil tank. A plurality of brake oil cylinders are arranged on the execution portion. The hydraulic system is high in detection accuracy, capable of achieving rapid braking during over-speed of tramcars, good in brake effect, low in false operation rate, high in safety and reliability, low in worker workload and adaptable to work conditions with various transportation speed requirements.
