A novel power take-off and hand brake control system comprises a first air storage tank (1), a second air storage tank (2), a power take-off gear shift air cylinder (5), a hand brake valve (6) and a spring brake air chamber (7), an air inlet of the hand brake valve (6) is normally communicated with the second air storage tank (2), and an air outlet of the hand brake valve (6) is connected with an air inlet of the spring brake air chamber (7) and an air inlet of a pressure switch (8); the first air storage tank (1) is normally communicated with an air inlet of a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve (9), an air outlet of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve (9) is connected with the power take-off gear shift air cylinder (5), and a coil circuit of the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve (9) is connected with a button switch (10) and the pressure switch (8) in series. Due to the fact that the pressure switch and the two-position three-way electromagnetic valve are adopted for the control system, air pressure is converted into switching electric signal control, a traditional air pressure control transmission process is replaced, the service life of the system is prolonged, and the requirement for residual air pressure of the hand brake valve is lowered.
