The application provides a movable charging system for an energy storage type rail transit vehicle. The movable charging system comprises a power supply device, conducting rails and current collectors. The power device is used for outputting electric energy; the conducting rails and the rails of a station are arranged in parallel, and the conducting rails are connected with the electric output port of the power supply device; the current collectors are arranged on the upper portion of the energy storage type rail transit vehicle and are connected with an electric input port of an electric energy storage device of the energy storage type rail transit vehicle. The current collectors are contacted with the conducting rails when the energy storage type rail transit vehicle enters the station and receives electric energy from the power supply device through the conducting device, and the electric energy is output to the electric energy storage device. Because the movable charging system can receive electric energy automatically from the conducting rails after the energy storage type rail transit vehicle enters the station, a driver needs not to charge through manually plugging and pulling out a connector assembly, and therefore, the problem that the charging efficiency in an existing charging mode is low is solved.
