The invention provides an intelligent electromagnetic hoisting device comprising a bridge stand and a dolly. The dolly is arranged on the bridge stand. An electromagnetic suspended beam is connected to electromagnets through chains. An equalizer beam and a rotation support device are arranged between the dolly and the electromagnetic suspended beam. The equalizer beam I hung below the dolly through a wire rope. The rotation support device is arranged between the equalizer beam and the electromagnetic suspended beam. A control rotation motor is used for controlling rotation of the electromagnetic suspended beam. An electric control device connected to the electromagnets is used for controlling magnetic field of electromagnetics and for controlling on/off of the electromagnets, so that a system can be charged automatically. According to the invention, automatic magnetic field control is realized through the electric control device of the intelligent electromagnetic hoisting device; suckers can be automatically controlled to be on and off; automatic shift and standby application for each other is realized; constant charge, floating charge, and automatic tracking can be performed; security of the system is improved; a minimum deformation of a sheet material is ensured; and work efficiency is improved.
