The invention provides a taillight structure of a vehicle. In the taillight structure of the vehicle, good visuognosis observed from angles of others can be ensured, and a taillight can be arranged to be compact. The vehicle has a seat (16) supported on a carframe; a rear cover (38) which extends more towards a rear side than a rear end (16d) of the seat; and a taillight (45) supported on the rear cover (38) and exposed from an opening (75) arranged on the rear cover (38). In the taillight structure of the vehicle, the rear cover (38) has a cover upper surface (63) and a cover lower surface (64), the opening (75) is formed in the cover lower surface (64), the taillight (45) is located in a position more towards a front side than a rear end (70a) of the rear cover (38), a part of the cover upper surface (63) of the rear cover is provided with cut parts (79, 79) connected with the opening (75), and an upper light-casting surface (82) of the taillight (45) is exposed from the cut parts.
