The invention relates to a hanger turnover device of an ultrathin plate glass box, which is characterized by comprising two support frames (1) arranged symmetrically a group of hanger suspending strips (5) are arranged on each support frame (1); a hanger (2) is connected between the two support frames (1) in a matching manner via the hanger suspending strips (5); the hanger (2) can be turned over freely on the support frames (1) by the action of the hanger suspending strips (5); and a group of locating pieces (10) are arranged on at least one support frame (1) and are in location fit with the hanger (2). The device has the advantages that the device is simple in structure and convenient to mount, does not require power, can turn over the plate glass box quickly and safely, and reduces a glass breakage rate in a moving process.
