The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for controlling a super-lifting winch and a crane. By adopting the method, the device and the system, the teeth falling accuracy of the super-lifting winch is improved, the steel wire rope length control accuracy is improved and the use safety of the crane is improved. The control method comprises the following steps: receiving actual amplitude-changing angle information of a telescopic boom amplitude-changing cylinder of the crane, the actual tension information of the steel wire rope and the actual revolution information of the super-lifting winch under the current working condition; controlling a locking device in the crane to release the super-lifting winch when the actual amplitude-changing angle information is greater than a predetermined amplitude-changing angle; the predetermined target revolutions and the actual revolution information matched with the current working condition are subtracted; the super-lifting winch is controlled to rotate according to the obtained difference value; when the actual tension information is smaller than the predetermined tension value, and the difference value between the target revolutions and the actual revolution information is smaller than the predetermined revolution differential value, the locking device is controlled to lock the super-lifting winch for the first time.
