The invention discloses a crawler crane comprising a pull plate, a steel wire rope, a platform, an amplitude variation winch, an amplitude variation mast, an arm support and a supporting rod, wherein the bottom end of the arm support is connected with the front part of the platform and the top end of the arm support is connected with one end of the pull plate; one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the tail of the platform and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with the amplitude variation winch after bypassing the other end of the pull plate; one end of the amplitude variation mast is connected with the front part of the platform and the other end of the amplitude variation mast is connected with the other end of the pull plate; one end of the support rod is in swinging connection with the amplitude variation mast and the other end of the support rod is a free end and is used for connecting the front part of the platform when the crawler crane is in a conveying state; and the support rod is positioned above the amplitude variation mast when the crawler crane is in a working state, and the supporting rod is positioned below the amplitude variation mast when the crawler crane is in the conveying state. The crawler crane can be subjected to bi-directional easy convenient switching between the conveying state and the working state.
