The invention provides an electromagnetic hanging beam crane and an electromagnetic disc lifting beam sling thereof. The electromagnetic disc lifting beam sling is connected with a trolley of the electromagnetic lifting beam crane and is used for lifting heavy objects, and the electromagnetic disc lifting beam sling comprises a transverse beam which is arranged below a main beam of the electromagnetic lifting beam crane in parallel and longitudinally arranged along the main beam, at least two pulleys and at least two electromagnetic discs; the pulleys are longitudinally arranged on the transverse beam along the transverse beam, and each of the pulleys is connected with a drum on the trolley through a steel wire rope for lifting the transverse beam; and the electromagnetic discs are arranged at intervals, longitudinally arranged into a row along the transverse beam and connected below the transverse beam in parallel.
