A sleeper beam structure with additional air chambers comprises a sleeper beam upper cover plate and a sleeper beam lower cover plate, and two sleeper beam webs arranged between the sleeper beam upper cover plate and the sleeper beam lower cover plate; airspring air intake sleeves are welded to the two ends of the sleeper beam lower cover plate; additional air chamber side plates are arranged on two sides of the airspring air intake sleeves; additional air chamber cover plates are arranged on the top of the additional air chamber side plates; the additional air chamber side plates, the additional air chamber cover plates, the sleeper beam webs and the sleeper beam lower cover plate define the closed spaces to form additional air chambers; airspring air intake pipes are welded to the webs; air to be blown into airsprings firstly enters the additional air chambers, and then air is blown to the airsprings through the airspring air intake sleeves. Based on the strength analysis theory and a steel plate welding method, the plate is taken as the basic structure design unit, the additional air chambers are arranged inside the sleeper beam on the premise of meeting the requirements for strength and connectors, and the sleeper beam structure with the additional air chambers has the advantages that the structure is compact and additional air cylinders do not need to be hung outside additionally.
