The invention relates to an emitter mounting fitting structure in a vehicle tire pressure monitoring system, in particular to an emitter device capable of preventing an emitter valve stem from rotating in mounting. The structure comprises an emitter shell, a valve stem, a locking screw and a tire pressure sensor. A semicylindrical hole for receiving the valve stem is formed in the emitter shell; and an inserting part, fitting the emitter shell, on the valve stem is a semicylindrical surface. Compared with a traditional semicircular spherical surface connecting structure, the connecting structure can prevent the valve stem from rotating axially relative to the shell under stress during mounting of an emitter, so that the trouble of using a stop pin as a mounting assisting tool to prevent the valve stem from rotating in mounting is avoided, the emitter can be mounted conveniently, and the cost is saved.
