The invention relates to a high-altitude life-saving device. The high-altitude life-saving device is a passive and high-reliability special life-saving device facility for high altitudes and high-rise buildings; the high-altitude life-saving device is mainly composed of a main shaft, a bearing, a propeller, a tholepin, a wind-driven paddle, a seat frame, a safety belt, a shock absorbing supporting legs, a cushion and the like. In case of air crash of high-altitude aircrafts or exceptional situations such as fire, blasting and hazardous substance leakage of high-rise buildings, people can sit in the high-altitude life-saving device quickly and then land on the ground safely, quickly and reliably to be out of danger; the worry of people working and living at high altitudes and in high-rise buildings is eliminated. In case of exceptional situations, the life safety of people is guaranteed.
