The invention discloses a railway locomotive power hydraulic control device. The railway locomotive power hydraulic control device is characterized by comprising an oil pump, a master overflow valve, a front beam jack, hydraulic control units, a pushing jack, an upright jack, a top beam lateral-pushing jack, a shielding beam lateral-pushing jack, a protecting plate jack and an antiskid jack, the front beam jack and a front beam jack control switch are connected by using a hydraulic oil pipe, the pushing jack and a pushing jack control switch are connected by using a hydraulic oil pipe, and the antiskid jack and an antiskid jack control unit are connected by using a hydraulic oil pipe; the hydraulic control unit is arranged inside each jack, a bidirectional valve is arranged inside each control switch, the control switches and the oil pump are connected by using a hydraulic oil pipe, and the master overflow valve is arranged above the oil pump. Compared with the prior art, the railway locomotive power hydraulic control device has the advantages that the device is simple to operate and control and high in stability, and each hydraulic jack can be operated and controlled solely, so that high intentionality and convenience in operation are realized.
