The invention discloses a portable wind powder brake piston returning device. The portable wind powder brake piston returning device comprises an air charging device, an air replacing device and an air bag which are sequentially connected by hoses, wherein a one-way valve is also arranged between the air charging device and the air replacing device, and the air charging device is used for providing an air source; the air replacing device is used for decompressing the air bag; the air bag is used for providing a tensile force to return a piston. According to the portable wind powder brake piston returning device disclosed by the invention, the air charging device is used for applying an air pressure to the air bag, and the piston of the same set of brake can be rapidly returned in a pressed manner by the effect of the tensile force of the air bag in order to conveniently mount a new brake pad; moreover, the air bag causes no damage to the working surfaces of the piston and a brake plate, and therefore the portable wind powder brake piston returning device can be used for conveniently and rapidly returning the piston of a wind powder brake in a pressing manner, improving the work efficiency, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and also guaranteeing the safety of the workers.
