The invention provides a superlift device of a crane and the crane. The superlift device of the crane comprises a left mast and a right mast, a left front stay rope, a right front stay rope and a sidewise bending compensator, wherein the left mast and the right mast are arranged on a suspension arm of the crane; a first end of the left front stay rope is connected with the left mast; a first end of the right front stay rope is connected with the right mast; the sidewise bending compensator is installed on the suspension arm and is connected between a second end of the left front stay rope and a second end of the right front stay rope; when the stress difference values of the left front stay rope and the right front stay rope reach the preset value, the sidewise bending compensator displaces, and further the left front stay rope and the right front stay rope are linked to enable the suspension arm to be bent sidewise. The problem in the prior art that the suspension arm is easy to break when the superlift device is used for controlling the sidewise bending is solved by the technical scheme.
