The invention relates to a production method of a blast furnace hanging scaffold ring beam. The production method is characterized by comprising the steps: utilizing a well-produced mold and a well-produced top support, drawing an arc on a soleplate of the mold according to a designed size, jacking and pressing I-shaped steel to be machined by utilizing a jack, jacking and pressing the I-shaped steel for one time every a section, and finally jacking and pressing the I-shaped steel to form an arc beam section; and respectively machining multiple arc beam sections in the same way, verifying each arc beam section, cutting the end part of each arc beam section, and combining the well-verified arc beam sections to form a complete ring beam. The production method has advantages that the arc beam section of the blast furnace hanging scaffold ring beam is produced by utilizing an arc jacking method of the jack, and finally the arc beam section is installed to a hanging scaffold in a blast furnace body, so that the production process is simplified, the production precision is improved, manpower, material resources and money can be saved, and the production and assembling of one ring beam can be completed only by three persons in one to two days.
