The invention relates to a device and a method for allowing a three-axis turntable to be uniaxial. The device comprises a plurality of pitching frame positioning units, a plurality of yawing frame positioning units, a plurality of pitching frame adjusting units and a frame-type level gauge. Outer three-axis turntable supports and a three-axis turntable pitching frame are connected and fixed through the pitching frame positioning units which are used for realizing horizontal fixation and vertical fixation of the three-axis turntable pitching frame, the three-axis turntable pitching frame and a three-axis turntable yawing frame are connected and fixed through the yawing frame positioning units which are used for realizing fixation of the three-axis turntable yawing frame, and the pitching frame adjusting units are connected with a three-axis turntable base, contacts with the three-axis turntable pitching frame and are used for centralizing the three-axis turntable pitching frame and assisting in realizing vertical fixation of the three-axis turntable pitching frame. The positioning precision is high, development cost is lowered greatly, development cycle is shortened greatly, and the rate of equipment utilization is increased.
