The invention provides an air bag device used for seaborne emergency rescue and salvage. The bag device comprises a rescue air bag body, an air generator, a control switch and connecting pieces, wherein the outer side wall of the rescue air bag body is fixedly provided with the connecting pieces; the air generator is fixedly arranged in the rescue air bag body; the control end of an ignition device in the gas generator is connected with the control switch; one or at least two connecting piece(s) is/are arranged. The technical problems that a charging process is slow since an existing air bag needs an additional compressed air container to serve as air charging equipment and the compressed air container occupies a large space, is inconvenient to carry and has big potential safety hazards can be solved. When the air bag device is not used, the air bag device is folded and can be put in a ship body to be used in distress. The built-in air generator is used by the air bag device to inflate the air bag, and the air bag device has the advantages of small size, light weight, easiness in operation, high charging speed and more safety and is used for shipwreck salvage or used for preventing the ship body from rolling over or sinking.
