The invention relates to a mountain bike thievery prevention warning lock structure. The mountain bike thievery prevention warning lock structure is characterized by comprising a front fork, wherein a shaft lever is arranged on the upper portion of the front fork, a bike wheel is installed on the front fork, the bike wheel is located below the shaft lever, the shaft lever is a hollow pipe, a lock body is installed on the inner side of the lower portion of the shaft lever, the lock body is provided with a lock tongue and a lock hole, the lock hole of the lock body is exposed out of the shaft lever, an ejection rod which can be stretched out and drawn back along the axis of the shaft lever and can be fixed through the lock tongue is installed in the shaft lever, and a friction lock piece used to press the bike wheel is installed at the lower end of the ejection rod. The mountain bike thievery prevention warning lock structure can effectively prevent the lock body from being destroyed and improve a safety factor of the lock body by installing the lock body in the shaft lever installed on the front fork of a mountain bike. The ejection rod is arranged in the middle of the front fork, and therefore compared with a traditional chain type thievery prevention lock, the ejector rod is difficultly cut off through the above structure and position settings, and a safety factor of the ejector rod is high.
