The invention discloses an automobile auxiliary frame positioning method. The automobile auxiliary frame positioning method comprises the following steps: firstly, two auxiliary positioning holes are formed in the main sheet metal part of the auxiliary frame and the main sheet metal part of a main frame at corresponding positions, respectively; secondly, the auxiliary frame is integrally connected with a positioning fixture; thirdly, the auxiliary frame with the positioning fixture is butted with the main frame, and during butting, two positioning pins on the positioning fixture are correspondingly inserted into the two auxiliary positioning holes of the main sheet metal part of the main frame; finally, the auxiliary frame and the main frame are fastened and connected by use of a connecting bolt and a fastening nut at the positions of the connecting holes, and then the lock pins are pulled out and the positioning fixture is taken down. According to the automobile auxiliary frame positioning method, the fixture is simple in structure, low in cost, reliable in positioning and easy to implement; besides, the fixture is convenient and quick to demount and high in efficiency without other auxiliary facilities; as a result, the requirement of batch assembly of a general assembly shop can be met.
