The invention relates to an intelligent steering system of a four-wheel automobile. A steering system of the intelligent steering system transmits steering motion input by a steering plate and a steering column to a front axle steering transmission shaft and a rear axle front steering transmission shaft respectively, by a steering drive transfer box; the front axle steering transmission shaft drives a front steering vertical arm and a front steering straight pull rod by a front axle power steering machine to drive a front steering wheel; the rear axle front steering transmission shaft changes speed by a number control transmission and then transmits the steering motion to a rear axle power steering machine, so the rear steering vertical arm is driven to drive the rear steering straight pull rod to drive the rear steering wheel to steer. By utilizing the technical scheme, the situation that the front and rear axle steering angles of the initial four-wheel steering vehicle originally realized by a mechanical transmission manner can only keep a certain proportion but cannot be changed along with the vehicle speed is changed, and the front and rear axle steering angle ratio of the four-wheel steering vehicle realized by the mechanical transmission manner can be changed along with the speed, so not only the low-speed running manoeuvrability is improved, but also the high-speed running stability is improved.
