The invention discloses a rail transit station safety tread capable of being manually unlocked and reset. A manual unlocking and resetting structure is arranged on the rail transit station safety tread, the rail transit station safety tread comprises a switch, a V-shaped unlocking rod and an unlocking transfer rod. When the V-shaped unlocking rod is turned to a first deviation angle, the transfer rod is pushed, unlocked and turned to a second deviation angle, the Y-end of the unlocking transfer rod is in contact with a boss of a positioning shaft, and the boss is pushed to enable the positioning shaft to contract and retreat from a positioning groove hole so as to achieve an unlocking function. When the V-shaped unlocking rod is turned to a third deviation angle, a second branch triggers a switch, the switch is triggered to send an electrical signal to a controller, and the controller is indicated to take back a sliding frame. By means of the manual unlocking and resetting structure, even if sudden emergent situation occurs, such as that a station is powered off and accordingly the tread cannot be taken back, or a certain tread suddenly breaks down and accordingly cannot be taken back, the tread can be also timely taken back through manual intervention, accordingly the possibility that rail transit trains are damaged or harmful effect is produced on operation of the trains is avoided as soon as possible.
