The invention provides a passing neutral section operating system for a train, wherein a first time delay relay, a first conventional relay and a second conventional relay constitute an inlet neutral section control circuit, when the train receives an inlet neutral section signal, a neutral section control power supply outputs 0v voltage through a first voltage output end, and outputs control voltage through the output end of a second voltage output end, so as to control a main relay to switch off through the second conventional relay; a second time delay relay, a third conventional relay and a fourth conventional relay constitute an outlet neutral section control circuit, after the train receives an outlet neutral section signal, the neutral section control power supply outputs the control voltage through the first voltage output end, and outputs 0v voltage through the second voltage output end, so as to control the main relay to close through the fourth conventional relay. Namely, the system can automatically finish switching off/closing operation to a main breaker according to the inlet neutral section signal and the outlet neutral section signal, and thus can improve the automatic level of the train.
