Omnidirectional moving device (100) and system (10) are provided. The device (100) includes a chassis member (110), at least a pair of treading members (120) and a wheel arrangement (140). The chassis member (110) may be disposed between the pair of treading members (120). Each of the treading members (120) can move in same or opposite directions. The wheel arrangement (140) may perpendicularly be coupled to the chassis (110) between the treading members (120). The wheel arrangement (140), independently/dependently, with the treading members (120), may enable the device (100) to be moved in a first direction (D1). Each of the treading members (120), when moving in same direction, may enable the wheel arrangement (140) to move in the same direction as thereof so as to enable the device to be moved in a second direction (D2); and when adapted to be moved in opposite directions, enables the wheel arrangement (140) to swings at a position thereof to enable the device (100) to be moved in a third direction (D3).
