An urban rail transit network-level train monitoring system based on a cloud platform, wherein a network-level train monitoring system NATS is arranged in a network center cloud platform, and is used for collecting line ATS data for analysis and providing a network-level operation management function; additionally, the NATS has the functions of traffic command, operation index analysis, fully-automatic mapping, network and line coordinated command, transportation organization and assistant decision making. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantage of displaying information of the comprehensive rail network for a large city, so that the network center can carry out overall operation command and dispatching for the city.
