The thermal management system (1) comprises a heat pump module (100), a battery waterway (200), a heat exchange waterway (250), a heat dissipater waterway (300), an electric assembly waterway (400), a first heat exchanger (500) and a control valve group (600), wherein a first heat exchange path (510) of the first heat exchanger (500) is connected to the heat pump module (100); a second heat exchange path (520) of the first heat exchanger (500) is connected to the heat exchange waterway (250); the electric assembly waterway (400) may be connected in series to the heat dissipater waterway (300) or the heat exchange waterway (250); the battery waterway (200) may be connected in series to the heat dissipater waterway (300) or the heat exchange waterway (250); and the battery waterway (200), the heat exchange waterway (250), the heat dissipater waterway (300) and the electric assembly waterway (400) may be connected in series. The thermal management system (1) can make full use of waste heat of a battery and an electric assembly, can heat or cool the battery and the electric assembly under a plurality of operating conditions, and has the advantages of a high energy utilization rate and a high integration degree.
