STABILISING DEVICE The present invention relates to a stabilising device which assists in reducing the rolling or pitching action of a watercraft whilst not underway. The stabilising device having a first side spaced apart from a second side with a nose section and a tail section and forming two opposing, substantially equally sized and shaped sides. A plurality of tubular members extend between the first and second sides with each tubular member being secured at opposite ends to the first and second sides. A plurality of first apertures are formed in corresponding positions in the first and second sides for rotatably mounting a plurality of vents between the first and second sides. A suspension cable connects the stabilising device to the watercraft. Each of the plurality of vents are rotatably moveable between a closed position and an open position as the stabilising device moves in the water below the watercraft at anchor or not underway and a first vent and a second vent of the plurality of vents are positioned towards the nose section to form respective angles with respect to the remaining plurality of vents.
