Abstract Th present invention provides an anchoring mechanism (17) adapted to be releasably secured in a void (15) of a mesh panel (11). The void is defined by side edges provided by strands (13) which form the mesh panel. The anchoring mechanism comprises a base (19) adapted to be received in a void of the mesh panel. The anchoring mechanism also comprises at least two first portions (25) extending from the base in a fixed arrangement and at least two second portions (31) spaced from the corresponding first portion, and supported by the base. The at least two second portions being movable between an extended condition and a retracted condition. The anchoring mechanism also comprises a locking means to lock the at least two second portions in an extend condition. Figure 3 3\ Figure 4
