A computing system for ensuring the safety of a rider on the roads, the system comprising: cameras configured to capture real-time video frames of a road; a digital banner configured to display a visual warning representing a condition of the road; a controller connected to the cameras, the digital banner, the controller is configured to: receive real-time video frames of a road from the cameras installed along the road; determine the condition of the road based on the received real-time video frames of the road using a deep learning algorithm; generate an alert signal when the deep learning algorithm determines that the road comprises abnormalities such as sand, ice, mud, water, pothole, fallen tree, accident, unwanted obstacle, animal, or a combination thereof; and activate the digital banner based on the alert signals. 106n 106a Figure 3
