The present disclosure provides a wireless real-time deep-sea subsurface mooring system, including a surface buoy system and an underwater observation system connected to the surface buoy system through a cable, where the underwater observation system includes a stainless steel protection device, a main floating ball, acoustic Doppler velocimeters, an underwater acoustic unit, a battery cabin of the underwater acoustic unit, and a gravity anchor; the surface buoy system is connected to the top of the stainless steel protection device, the main floating ball is embedded into the middle of the stainless steel protection device, and the gravity anchor is connected to the bottom of the stainless steel protection device; and the underwater acoustic unit, the acoustic Doppler velocimeter, and the battery cabin of the underwater acoustic unit are arranged in the stainless steel protection device. All components of the wireless real-time deep-sea subsurface mooring system are connected to an anchor block at the bottom of the system through a Kevlar cable, so that damage from a harsh natural environment, artificial destruction, ship collision, and the like are effectively avoided, and the survivability of the system is improved.
