The present invention discloses a dual-arm robot for sampling and detecting a casting, including a mobile platform, a waist rotating device, a liftable body, a shoulder support, a left working arm, a right working arm, a binocular stereo vision system, and a detection device. The mobile platform is a walking mechanism and a carrying platform of the present invention. The waist rotating device and the liftable body are respectively configured to implement a rotating function and a lifting adjustment function. The right working arm and the left working arm mounted on the shoulder support are respectively configured to clamp a casting and cut a casting. Three-dimensional scanning and component analysis and detection are performed in the detection device. The binocular stereo vision system is configured to obtain on-site images and perform tasks such as navigation and target recognition and measurement. The present invention is applied to casting production to replace humans to perform detection work such as automatic sampling, geometric parameter measurement, and casting defect and component analysis on castings and samples, has the advantages such as a high degree of automation, high adaptability, and fast and convenient operations, can overcome the technical defects of existing detection devices, and is more suitable for popularization. l~ te 14 f' li/ t 12 0 0 C) 13
