Abstract The utility model relates to a material delivery parachute capable of automatically breaking cords and inflating, comprising a parachute canopy, parachute cords, cord automatically-breaking connectors and a hanging basket, wherein one ends of the plurality of parachute cords are fixedly connected to the outer edge of the parachute canopy, and the other ends of the parachute cords are fixedly connected to the hanging basket; each parachute cord is designed in two sections which are connected via the cord automatically-breaking connector; the hanging basket is provided thereon with a buffer air bag; and when materials and the parachute are hung in a tree or fall in water, an infrared remote control can control the cord automatically-breaking connectors to disconnect and control the buffer air bag to inflate, thus enabling the disaster-affected people to easily obtain the materials. The utility model has a simple structure and strong adaptability, solves the problem that the materials cannot be obtained when the parachute is hung in a tree or falls in water, and is extremely practical.
