A mixer truck (100) is equipped with: a mixer drum (2) into which ready-mix concrete is loaded; an operation time-measuring unit (25) for measuring the operation time (A) during which the drum (2) is loaded with the ready-mix concrete and operated; a drum surface temperature-estimating unit (26) for estimating the surface temperature (B) of the mixer drum 2; and a ready-mix concrete temperature-estimating unit (27) for estimating the temperature (C) of the ready-mix concrete loaded inside the mixer drum (2) on the basis of the mixer drum (2) operation time (A) and the mixer drum (2) surface temperature (B).
