A second plurality of straps (14) emanate from the periphery (20) of the dome (10) on second geodesics defined by a second pair of virtual poles beyond the periphery (20) of the dome (10), wherein any overlap on an individual strap (12) in the first plurality of straps (12) is singular to only one individual strap (14) in the second plurality of straps (14).
