Highlights ►The study conducts a Delphi survey of Korean experts on the prospects for the privatization of Incheon International Airport. ►The panel reaches agreement at a 75% level on a number of items including the difficulties the government will have on regulating a private entity, and on the implications for various prices charged on users of the airport.
