Abstract The new model opf millesecond variation generation is suggested based on the model of bymodal accretion for Cyg X-1′ [1]. Rapid rotation of irregulary shaped magnetic arcs (emerged out of the di k in result of Parker instability action) leads to the variation of their lenght scales along the view line. As faras MTomson optical thickness of arcs is also varying, this leads to the rapid variation of spectral index, waht finally leads to the millesecond variability of the photon's number detected in the limited energy range. There proceswses take place in the low state of Cyg X-01.
