Method used and results obtained in measurement that was conducted at two arbitrary points within long railroad tunnel to estimate existence and dip of fault; detectors were placed on ground surface and oscillations generated by explosion carried out within tunnel at intervals of 10 to 20 m, were observed; equations are given which describe differences in travel time in which elastic waves were propagated from explosion points to detectors.
