Built by Mechanical Division of Panama Canal; length oa 110 ft 6 in.; beam molded 25 ft 6 in.; mean draft 11 ft; propelling plant consists of two Diesel driven generators of 310 kw capacity each, supplying current to single propelling motor of 750 hp; Diesels are Ingersoll Rand 6-cyl units, with cylinders 13 1/4 in. by 22 in., developing 500 hp at 300 rpm.
