Apr. 21: In Coney Island shops of Brooklyn-Manhattan transit lines car trucks are brought in on dismantling track and go out on assembling tracks; between and perpendicular to those tracks are eight bays used for inspection and repair; stripping of trucks is done rapidly; individual parts are brought back to standard dimensions; assembling is done on stands.
