Although some small plants have been placed in car trunks and on running boards, buses have producer enclosed in special compartment at back or front, and trucks have them mounted on side of chassis; existing chassis, however, usually have insufficient room for producers and cleaning plant, so that emergency producer plants are mounted on two-wheeled trailers that are towed behind trucks.
