France Fenwick and Co by Austin and Pickersgill Ltd; all-electric cargo winches, windlass and capstan are fitted; new engine is 9-cyl Ruston and Hornsby unit with continuous power rating of 2040 shp at gearbox coupling when running at 435 rpm; length oa 326 ft 6 in., breadth molded 44 ft 6 in., summer draft 19 ft 10 1/2 in., speed is about 12 knots.
